Jon is a Lexington native and a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s College of Design. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, he brings deep, practical knowledge to every home he works on. His background includes work as a licensed commercial and residential property inspector, along with extensive hands-on experience in construction, commercial interiors, and home improvement.

Having lived and worked in multiple cities across the country, Jon has gained a broad perspective on design, building practices, and the way people use their homes. That insight shows up in the care and thought he puts into every project.
